Make a Statement. Go Blackjack.
There's a reason true black never goes out of style. Blackjack Al Fresco is bold, sophisticated, and completely transformative — the colour that turns an ordinary front door into a showstopper, a tired garden bench into a design feature, and kitchen cupboards into something you'd see in an interiors magazine.
Weatherproof Al Fresco is a water based, eco-friendly chalk and mineral furniture paint with a low, almost flat finish. Self-priming, self-sealing, and suitable for wood, laminate, UPVC/composites and metal both indoors and out. Minimal VOC content and EN71-3 compliant — safe for use on children's toys.
Why painters love Blackjack:
- ✅ True, deep black — no muddy undertones, just pure drama
- ✅ Weatherproof formula — built for outdoors, works beautifully indoors too
- ✅ Self-priming & self-sealing — minimal prep, maximum impact
- ✅ Works on wood, laminate, UPVC/composites & metal
- ✅ Low VOC, eco-friendly & EN71-3 child safe
- ✅ Almost flat finish — the premium look of a professional paint job
Perfect for:
Front doors, garden furniture, kitchen cupboards, bathroom vanities, radiators, metal gates, and anywhere you want to make a bold, lasting impression.
Want to add extra protection? Here's how:
Al Fresco paints are self-sealing and self-levelling — durable and ready to use straight from the tin with no additional finishing required. For high-traffic surfaces or extra longevity, you can optionally add:
- • Tuff Top Coat — ultra-hard matte seal, ideal for kitchen cupboards & high-traffic surfaces
- • Browning Wax — adds a subtle aged, antique effect on furniture
- • Clear Wax — subtle sheen and protection for decorative pieces
- • Satin Finishing Coat — easy-clean sheen, great for doors and bathroom furniture
